Ingredients

- 4 cups store-bought chicken pho broth (or chicken broth + 1 tbsp fish sauce)
- 6 oz rice noodles (dried, thin)
- ½ medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 piece fresh ginger, 3-inch piece, sliced thin
- 1 cup bean sprouts, fresh
- 1 set fresh herbs (thai basil, cilantro, or mint) + lime wedges + sliced chili + hoisin sauce
