Ingredients

  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 3 whole star anise pods
  • 1 whole cinnamon stick
  • 1.5 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz rice noodles, thin
  • 1 whole lime
  • 1 cup fresh herbs (cilantro, basil, mint), chopped

Instructions
