Ingredients
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 3 tbsp garlic and ginger paste (or 2 tbsp minced garlic + 1 tbsp minced ginger)
- 2 whole star anise
- 8 oz rice noodles (dried)
- 1.5 cups fresh bean sprouts
- 2 cups mixed thai basil, fresh cilantro, lime wedges, thinly sliced chili, sliced onion
