- 1 lb chicken breast
- 2 medium bell pepper (any color)
- 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 2 cups rice (cooked or microwave packet)
- ½ cup guacamole

Cut chicken breast into 1/2-inch strips. Slice peppers into 1/2-inch-thick strips.
