- 6 whole bread rolls
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup bacon bits
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut the 6 bread rolls into a grid of 1-inch cubes, keeping the bottom crust intact so they stay connected.

In a small bowl, mix the 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tsp dried oregano. Brush the mixture over the cut surfaces of the bread rolls.

Stuff the 1/2 cup pizza sauce and 1 cup of the 1.5 cups mozzarella into the cuts, then sprinkle the 1/2 cup bacon bits over the top.

Top with the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella. Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread edges are golden, about 12-15 minutes.
