Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen hash browns
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1.5 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 large eggs
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter

Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook chopped bacon in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat until crispy, ~8 minutes.

Transfer bacon to a paper towel. Pour off all but 1 tbsp bacon fat from the skillet.

Add frozen hash browns directly to the skillet. Break up any clumps with a wooden spoon and stir until some pieces begin to brown, ~5 minutes.

Spread hash browns evenly in the skillet. Sprinkle cooked bacon and cheddar cheese over the top.

Whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until combined.
