Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen hash browns
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook bacon in a 9×13-inch baking dish on the stovetop over medium heat until crispy, ~6 minutes.

    Transfer bacon to a paper towel. Leave 1 tablespoon fat in the dish and discard the rest.
