Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast or thigh, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ¾ cup roasted salted cashews
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 whole scallions, sliced thin
