Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Greek yogurt, full-fat
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp ground cardamom
  • ¼ cup roasted salted pistachios
  • 6 threads saffron threads
  • 2 tbsp whole milk

Instructions

    Stir together Greek yogurt, sugar, and cardamom in a bowl until sugar dissolves and mixture is smooth.

    Warm milk slightly, then crush saffron threads into it with your fingers and let sit 30 seconds.

    Stir saffron milk into the yogurt mixture until color turns pale golden and fragrant.

    Crush pistachios coarsely — some chunky pieces, some fine crumbles.

    Divide yogurt mixture between bowls and top with crushed pistachios.
