Ingredients
- 1 sheet (9x10 inches) frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 1.5 tsp cinnamon
- 6 pods (or 0.5 tsp ground) cardamom pods, crushed and seeds ground
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ cup powdered sugar (for glaze)

Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix cinnamon, ground cardamom, and granulated sugar in a small bowl.

Lay thawed puff pastry flat on a sheet pan. Spread softened butter evenly across the surface.

Sprinkle the cinnamon-cardamom-sugar mixture evenly over the buttered pastry.

Tightly roll the pastry from the long edge into a log, then slice into 8 equal pieces.

Arrange roll pieces cut-side up on the same sheet pan. Bake until edges are golden, 10–12 minutes.
