  • 2 large ripe heirloom tomatoes
  • 12 leaves fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ⅛ tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions

    Slice the tomatoes into 0.5-inch thick rounds and gently tear the buffalo mozzarella into bite-sized pieces.
