  • 1.5 lb ripe tomatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
