Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow pasta
- 1 lb crawfish tail meat, fresh or frozen (thawed)
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ medium yellow onion, diced
- 1.5 tsp Old Bay seasoning + cayenne pepper to taste

Boil salted water in a large skillet over high heat. Add pasta and cook until al dente, ~8 minutes, then drain.
