Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz espresso (or strong brewed coffee)
  • 10 oz whole milk
  • ½ tsp sugar or honey
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

    Brew or pull 1.5 oz hot espresso into a 12 oz cup.

    Steam milk until it reaches 150–155°F and develops a thin microfoam layer.

    Add sugar and vanilla to the espresso; stir gently until dissolved.

    Pour steamed milk into the cup, tilting it slightly and holding back foam with a spoon.

    Top with a thin layer of microfoam and finish with a pinch of sea salt.
