Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 6 tbsp cold butter, cubed
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 1.5 tsp baking powder

Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
