Ingredients
- 3 medium onions, sliced thin
- 3 tbsp butter
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
- ½ cup parmesan, finely grated

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat, then add sliced onions with a pinch of salt.
