Ingredients
- 4 slices brioche loaf, 1-inch-thick slices
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup whole milk
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp butter, divided

Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla in a shallow bowl until smooth.

Heat 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat until foaming, ~90 seconds.
