  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

    In a separate bowl, whisk 2 cups flour, 1 tablespoon matcha powder, and 0.25 teaspoon salt. Gradually add to butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
