Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup jelly (any flavor, such as strawberry or guava)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, beat 1/2 cup softened butter and 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk until creamy, about 2 minutes.

Add 1 egg yolk and 1/4 teaspoon salt; beat until combined.

Stir in 1.5 cups flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder until a soft dough forms. If too sticky, chill 10 minutes.

Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on the baking sheet. Press a thumbprint into each ball.
