Ingredients

  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 12 oz cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup fresh basil
  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ whole lemon
  • 1 pinch sea salt and black pepper

Instructions

    Halve the cherry tomatoes and place on a serving plate with a pinch of salt.

    Tear the basil leaves by hand into rough pieces. Scatter over the tomatoes.

    Tear the burrata in half and nestle it gently into the center of the plate.

    Drizzle the olive oil evenly over everything. Squeeze the lemon half over top.

    Finish with a crack of black pepper. Taste and add more salt if needed.
