Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese, cold
- ½ cup heavy cream, cold
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 whole egg yolk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar (for torching)

Add cream cheese, heavy cream, and condensed milk to a blender. Pulse until smooth, ~45 seconds.

Add egg yolk and vanilla extract. Pulse again until completely smooth, no lumps visible.

Divide mixture evenly between 4 ramekins (or one small shallow baking dish). Smooth the tops with a spatula.

Sprinkle 1 tsp sugar over the top of each ramekin, covering the surface evenly.
