Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp instant espresso powder or cold brew concentrate
  • ½ cup whole milk or oat milk
  • ¼ cup cooked tapioca pearls (boba)
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

    Stir brown sugar and water in a tall glass until sugar dissolves into a thick syrup.
