Ingredients
- 8 pieces frozen fish fingers
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 slices white bread, sliced
- 3 tbsp tartar sauce
- ½ whole lemon
- 1 to taste salt and pepper

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high. Once hot, add fish fingers and cook 5–6 minutes, shaking pan occasionally, until golden and crispy on all sides.

While fish cooks, butter one side of each bread slice generously.

Spread tartar sauce on the unbuttered side of two bread slices.

Divide cooked fish fingers between the two sauced bread slices. Season with salt and pepper.
