Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork ribs
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1

Pat the 2 lb ribs dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix the 2 tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp black pepper.

  2. 2

Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, pressing it into the meat. Drizzle with the 2 tbsp olive oil and massage to coat evenly.

  3. 3

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high. Place the ribs on the hot surface and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, until charred and cooked through, with internal temperature reaching 145°F.

  4. 4

Let the ribs rest for 5 minutes before slicing between the bones. Serve hot with lime wedges or your favorite barbecue sauce if desired.
