Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb pork ribs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. 1

Cut the 1.5 lb pork ribs into 2-inch pieces, then thread them onto skewers, leaving a little space between pieces.

  2. 2

In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp paprika. Brush the mixture over the ribs on all sides.

  3. 3

Preheat a charcoal grill until the coals are glowing and covered with white ash, about 15 minutes.

  4. 4

Place the skewers over the hot coals and grill, turning every 3-4 minutes, until the ribs are charred at the edges and cooked through, about 12-15 minutes total.

  5. 5

Remove from the grill and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
