Ingredients

  • 10 oz ground pork
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1.5 cups cooked white rice
  • ¼ cup pickled mustard greens (zha cai)
  • 1 whole scallion, sliced thin

Instructions

    Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add ground pork, breaking it apart with a spoon.

    Cook pork until no pink remains, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes.

    Add soy sauce and brown sugar. Stir until the liquid reduces and becomes glossy, about 3 minutes.
