Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1.75 cups whole milk
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1.5 cups fresh blueberries

Preheat waffle iron. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

Whisk eggs and milk together in another bowl until combined, then stir in melted butter.

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Stir until just combined—lumps are okay.

Lightly oil or butter the waffle iron to prevent sticking.

Scoop batter into the center of the iron, sprinkle a handful of blueberries on top.
