Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1.25 cups whole milk
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- ¾ cup blackberries
- ¾ cup whipped cream

Preheat waffle iron. Whisk flour, sugar, and 1/2 tsp salt in a large bowl.

In another bowl, whisk eggs with milk. Pour into flour mixture and stir until just combined; batter should be lumpy.

Lightly butter or oil the waffle iron. Pour 1/4 cup batter into center and close lid until the steaming stops and waffles are golden, ~3 minutes.

Transfer waffle to a plate. Repeat with remaining batter to make 4 waffles total.

Stack waffles on a serving plate. Top generously with whipped cream, then scatter strawberries and blackberries over.
