Ingredients
- 2 large croissants
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup fresh blueberries

Slice each croissant in half horizontally, leaving one side attached if possible, and toast lightly in a skillet over medium heat until warm and crisp, about 2 minutes per side.

In a small bowl, whip the 0.5 cup heavy cream with 1 tbsp powdered sugar and 0.5 tsp vanilla extract until soft peaks form, about 2-3 minutes.
