Ingredients
- 4 whole croissants
- 2 cups cherries
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice each croissant horizontally, leaving one side attached, and place on a baking sheet.

In a bowl, toss the 2 cups cherries with the 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Spoon the cherry mixture into the croissants.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until the croissants are warm and the cherries are bubbling.

In a small bowl, whisk the 1 cup powdered sugar with the 2 tbsp milk until smooth. If too thick, add a little more milk.
