Ingredients
- 4 nests store-bought pavlova nests (or homemade meringue shells)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 cups fresh mixed berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
- ½ lemon lemon, zested
- ½ cup espresso (cooled, or 4 shots brewed fresh)
