Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cups stir-fry vegetables (broccoli, bell pepper, snap peas, carrots, or similar)
- ½ cup stir-fry sauce
- 2 cups rice, cooked
- 3 whole eggs

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 1 minute.

Add ground beef and cook, breaking up with a spoon, until no pink remains, about 5 minutes.
