Ingredients
- ¾ lb beef sirloin or ribeye, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 whole lime (juiced)
- 1 whole cucumber, sliced thin
- 1 whole tomato, sliced

Thread beef cubes onto metal or wooden skewers (soak wood 10 min first). Pat dry with paper towels.

Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, and minced garlic in a small bowl. Brush all over the skewered beef.

Heat a cast iron skillet or grill pan over medium-high until smoking. Sear skewers 90 seconds per side until edges char.

Whisk peanut butter with 3 tbsp warm water and half the lime juice until pourable. Season with salt and a pinch of cayenne.

Arrange skewers on a plate with cucumber and tomato slices. Drizzle peanut sauce over the beef. Squeeze remaining lime on top.
