Ingredients

  • ¾ lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 pieces wooden skewers
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 stalks scallions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

    Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes.

    Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
