Ingredients

  • 4 legs pre-smoked turkey legs
  • ¾ cup BBQ sauce (smoky or hickory)
  • 1.5 cups jarred beef or turkey gravy
  • 2 whole red and yellow bell peppers
  • 2 cups dry stuffing mix (prepared according to package)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Preheat a large skillet or sheet pan over medium-high heat. Arrange turkey legs and halved peppers on the pan, drizzle with oil.

    Brush turkey legs generously with BBQ sauce on all sides. Roast uncovered for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway, until edges caramelize.

    While turkey roasts, warm gravy in a small saucepan over low heat until steaming, ~5 minutes. Prepare stuffing per package directions.
