- 3 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 1 whole bread roll
- ¼ medium red onion
- 4 slices pickle slices
- 8 oz potatoes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups water
