Ingredients
- 2 whole russet potatoes, large
- 1.5 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ¾ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp green onion, sliced
