Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

    Mash bananas in a bowl until mostly smooth with a few small lumps.

    Add peanut butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt. Stir until no streaks remain.

    Fold in oats until evenly coated. Mixture should hold together when squeezed.

    Drop 1-inch balls onto parchment paper, spacing them 2 inches apart.

    Flatten each ball slightly with the palm of your hand.
