- 1.5 lb pork shoulder, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp sweet paprika
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
