Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb pork shoulder, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Combine pork, garlic, vinegar, paprika, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

    Toss until meat is evenly coated. Let sit 5 minutes while you thread onto skewers.

    Heat a grill or grill pan over high heat until it just begins to smoke.

    Grill skewers 3–4 minutes per side, turning once. Meat should be charred outside, cooked through inside.

    Rest 2 minutes. Serve hot.
