Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork shoulder or butt, boneless and trimmed
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1.5 tsp salt
- ¾ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup plain yogurt, for serving

Cut pork into 1.5-inch cubes, removing any silverskin or excess fat.

Whisk garlic, paprika, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Add pork to the marinade and toss until coated. Cover and chill 30 minutes.

Thread pork pieces onto metal or soaked wooden skewers, about 4 pieces per skewer.

Heat grill to medium-high. Oil the grates well to prevent sticking.
