Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb pork shoulder or butt, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp sweet paprika
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

    Mix garlic, paprika, vinegar, and olive oil in a bowl. Toss pork cubes with the marinade and onion until coated.

    Let sit while you heat a grill or skillet to high, about 10 minutes.
