Ingredients
- 1.5 lb pork shoulder or butt, cubed into 1.5-inch pieces
- 1 medium onion, quartered into chunks
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp paprika (smoked or sweet)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
