Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 clove garlic, minced
- 1.5 cup long-grain white rice
- 1 can (15 oz) canned kidney beans, drained
- 1.5 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- ¾ cup coconut milk
- 2.5 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp butter
