Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon slices
- 1 patty frozen hash brown patty
- 1 large egg
- 1 slice American cheese
- 1 bagel bagel
- ½ tbsp butter

Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, ~8 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel.

In the same skillet, fry the hash brown patty until golden and crispy on both sides, ~6 minutes total.

Push the hash brown to the side. Crack the egg into the skillet and fry until whites set but yolk jiggles, ~3 minutes.

Lay the cheese slice on the egg in the last 30 seconds of cooking until it starts to melt.

Toast the bagel halves in the skillet or a toaster until golden brown.

Spread butter on the bagel, stack bacon and cheese-topped egg on the bottom half, close with the top, and serve with the hash brown.
