Ingredients

  • 1 whole avocado, ripe
  • 2 whole egg
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

    Halve the avocado lengthwise and remove a small scoop from the center of each half to make room for the egg.

    Place avocado halves cut-side up on a baking sheet and crack one egg into each cavity.

    Sprinkle with salt and red pepper flakes, then slide into a 400°F oven.
