Ingredients
- 6 sheets filo sheets
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 medium apples, peeled and sliced thin
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp panko breadcrumbs

Heat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Toss apple slices with sugar and cinnamon in a bowl until evenly coated.

Lay one filo sheet on a clean surface and brush lightly with melted butter.

Sprinkle 1 tsp panko on the buttered filo, then layer 2 tbsp apples in a strip down one long edge.
