Ingredients

  • 1 whole apple, large (Honeycrisp or Gala)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp granola

Instructions

  1. 1

Slice the apple crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick rings, removing the core from the center of each slice with a small knife or apple corer.

  2. 2

Spread 1 teaspoon of peanut butter onto one side of each apple slice.

  3. 3

Sprinkle granola onto the peanut butter, then press another apple slice on top to sandwich, peanut butter side down.
