  • ¾ lb pork tenderloin or boneless chops, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • ½ medium onion white onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 count corn tortillas
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 count lime wedges
