Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 whole lemon, zested and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Instructions

    Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. They should feel tacky, not wet.

    Toss shrimp with minced garlic, lemon zest, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

    Spread shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.

    Air fry at 400°F for 8–10 minutes until shrimp curl and turn opaque throughout.

    Transfer shrimp to a plate. Squeeze the halved lemon over the top and serve immediately.
