Ingredients

  • 6 cups kale, stems removed, torn into 2-3 inch pieces
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Pat kale dry with paper towels until no moisture remains on the surface.

    Toss kale with olive oil, salt, and pepper until every piece is lightly coated.

    Spread kale in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping.

    Air fry at 350°F for 7–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Chips are done when edges brown and centers crisp.

    Transfer to a bowl and cool for 1 minute before eating—they'll crisp further as they cool.
